INTERIOR FITOUT DRAFTSMEN

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate fitout shop drawings joinery details and as-built drawings for high-end interior projects particularly hotel interiors.
• Interpret architectural and interior design drawings to develop comprehensive technical drawings suitable for execution on-site.
• Coordinate with project managers site engineers and other disciplines to ensure accuracy and feasibility of drawings.
• Modify and update drawings based on site conditions consultant feedback and client requirements.
• Prepare layouts for ceilings partitions flooring wall finishes millwork and custom joinery items.
• Maintain a proper drawing revision log and ensure timely submission and documentation of all drawings.
• Ensure that all drawings adhere to relevant UAE standards project specifications and company quality procedures.
