Overview
We are seeking an Interior Designer to bridge the gap between client visions and technical execution. This role splits time between showroom consultations, high-end design pitches, and hands-on site management.
Responsibilities
- Client & Design Management: Lead luxury residential/commercial consultations, present pitches (mood boards, 3D renderings), and guide clients through premium material and custom cabinetry selections.
- Technical Execution: Draft detailed floor plans, elevations, RCPs, joinery details, hardware schedules, and material matrices.
- Site Supervision & Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits, verify field dimensions, collaborate with contractors to resolve layout variations, and inspect custom fabrications prior to handover.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education & Licensure: Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design (Licensed ID & Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
