• Ensure technology is used effectively by Beauty Advisors
• Manage client check-in and appointment reservations
• Organize impactful in-store events with the team
• Conduct performance assessments and offer feedback
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-4 years in a retail management role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Skill in talent attraction and team building
