Interim Building Safety Manager
Location: London (Hybrid Working /2 days in Office )
Contract: Initial 6 Months
Rate: £400 per day
IR35: Inside IR35
The Building Safety Act has fundamentally changed how social landlords manage higher-risk buildings. Compliance is no longer about ticking boxes, it's about demonstrating robust governance, managing risk, and ensuring residents remain at the centre of every decision.
In partnership with a London-based council, we are looking for an experienced Interim Building Safety Manager to help strengthen their building safety function during a critical period of delivery.
There are solid foundations already in place, but they need someone who can provide technical leadership, challenge existing processes where necessary, and ensure compliance programmes continue to move forward.
