Role Overview
This is a high-impact contract opportunity for an experienced Integration Manager to take full ownership of a post-acquisition integration program — from Day 1 readiness through to long-term operating model transition. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Business Transformation & Growth, you will translate acquisition strategy into an executable program, establish governance frameworks, and drive delivery across all workstreams with pace and precision.
In this role you will lead the design and evaluation of target operating model options; including full integration, separate brand preservation, or hybrid structures — presenting structured, evidence-based recommendations to the Integration Steering Committee.
