Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as Commissioning Specialist for highly complex and comprehensive design projects with collective program costs exceeding several hundred million dollars. Leads a Cx team of system experts as they validate and document the performance of components, assemblies, and systems.
