Job Description

The Intelligent Automation Developer is an individual contributor responsible for the end-to-end delivery, deployment, and operational support of intelligent automation solutions supporting Customer Experience (CE) and related business functions. Operating within the company’s global Intelligent Automation delivery model, this role designs, builds, tests, deploys, monitors, and supports production automation solutions using a combination of RPA, low-code, and approved AI capabilities. The role reports solid line into the EMEA Business Intelligence organization, with dotted line alignment to Canadian Customer Experience leadership, ensuring global standards are met while delivering solutions aligned to local Canadian operational needs. This role is a hybrid role with expectations to be on-site (in office) at least two days in a week. Benefits
