A leading California law firm is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Docket Supervisor to oversee its IP docketing function and manage a team of Docket Specialists. This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented professional with deep experience in patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution docketing, who can lead operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance across all deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the IP docketing team and overall docketing function.
- Review and docket incoming correspondence from USPTO, foreign associates, and trademark offices.
- Maintain and audit docket systems to ensure all deadlines are accurate and up to date.
- Develop and implement standardized docketing procedures and quality control processes.
