Job Description

Must have skills:
5+yrs technical expertise in IVR systems and platforms (e.g., Nuance NDF/Mix, Google Dialogflow, AWS Lex, Genesys, Avaya, Cisco).
Proficiency in Voice XML and other IVR development tools and frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, Node JS or C++ for IVR scripting and customization.
Experience with Conversational AI projects, including intent identification and LLM development.
Strong understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services.
Experience with database management (SQL, No SQL).
Knowledge of telephony protocols (SIP, TDM).
Exposure to RPA tools, CRM systems, and customer service applications.
Proficiency in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and external services.
