Integration Support Specialist Location: Fort Wayne, IN Level: Salaried Division/Department - Information Technology/Development Reports to: Manager of B2B Integrations Travel: Occasional, but varies based on assigned projects or duties, conferences, training, etc. About the Role: Do you like being on a team and engaging with end users to quickly solve technical issues with IT services? Do you enjoy working in a time-sensitive environment, finding solutions and delighting end users?
The B2B Integration Support Specialist serves on a customer and vendor-centric IT support team, responsible for analyzing and resolving challenges with our Sterling Integrator application and end user communications. They also work closely with our internal departments on various data issues.
