As a key leader reporting to the Director of Contact Centre Services, your role expands across software oversight and development of integration strategies. With at least three years in a technical or systems integration position, your experience in improving operational workflows will shine. You'll also provide insights for business reporting while serving a vital role in collaborating with Sales.
Key Responsibilities: • Act as Product Owner for Contact Centre applications • Lead all implementations related to Contact Centre Systems • Conduct thorough business reporting and analytics • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Support Sales through RFIs and RFPs
