Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Intake Coordinator (IC) to take full ownership of our intake process. This role is critical to ensuring that all prospective new clients (PNCs) are handled efficiently, professionally, and with empathy, while maintaining seamless communication with the Attorney and all stakeholders.
Schedule
Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM CST (USA)
