Insurance System Analyst

Appealing Points:


Lead insurance transformation projects by gathering requirements and delivering Guidewire Claim Center solutions.
Work closely with global Agile teams to bridge business needs and technical implementation.
Drive end-to-end solution delivery through business analysis, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.


Annual Salary : 8 Million Yen and above

Job Responsibilities:


Understand the Business needs for regular tasks.
Document them and explain to Developers or other members from IT to carry them out.
Involve in cross team discussions and regular Agile events.
IT Teams will be mostly English speaking or in some cases bilingual.
Conceptualize the solution framework. Set up review meetings for documents requiring approval
