Key Responsibilities • Handle outbound sales calls as per assigned process. • Promote insurance products (life, term, or health). • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information. • Maintain call quality, compliance, and documentation. • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets. • Deliver professional and courteous customer interactions.
