This role is responsible for validating and testing insurance carrier products and workflows configured within the FireLight platform for National Financial Services (NFS), a major broker‑dealer (part of Fidelity).

The position ensures that insurance products, e‑applications, workflows, forms, suitability checks, and integrations function accurately and comply with carrier, broker‑dealer, FINRA, and regulatory requirements before being released to advisors and operations teams.

The role primarily focuses on manual functional testing, workflow validation, regression testing, UAT coordination, and production support for FireLight implementations and enhancements.
