Insurance Operations Team Manager - P&C Operations

Overview

You’ll lead a team within the Insurance/Finance Team at Gallagher Service Center LLP, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. This role brings together team leadership, customer support, process improvement, and day‑to‑day operational coordination. It’s a fit for someone who can keep work moving, support people through change, and help make service delivery more consistent.

How you’ll make an impact

You’ll guide a team of Process Associates, help keep priorities clear, and support a service environment where customers get timely, useful responses. You’ll also help shape better ways of working by researching best practices, supporting new process design, and helping put new tools into practice.
