Instrument Senior/Principal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed design of instrumentation tasks and participate in studies.
• Estimate instrumentation tasks, prepare job packages, and follow up on deliveries.
• Conduct discipline checks of design basis including studies, drawings, and job packages.
• Follow up with suppliers and take on package responsibility.
• Participate in pre‑testing/FAT at supplier locations and conduct inspections onshore/offshore.
• Perform as‑built documentation.
• Take on training responsibilities for new engineers.

Required expertise

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Instrumentation/Automation Hardware, or a relevant technical degree with extensive experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering design for offshore‑related projects.
• Extensive knowledge of modifications on operational offshore and onshore installations (VEM/M&M).
