**Generator Instrumentation and Controls Technician**
(Atlanta Airport)
The purpose of this position is to perform Instrument & Controls technical and analytical services essential to maintaining reliable operation of the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (HJAIA) Backup Generation System (PowerSecure PowerBlock Diesel Generator Sets). Georgia Power Company (GPC) personnel at this location are required to observe and adhere to all protocols and procedures including those jointly maintained by GPC and the HJAIA stakeholders. The successful candidate must be available to work a rotating shift schedule which includes nights and weekends. This position will be responsible for maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting all equipment on the PowerBlock up to and including the customer delivery point.
