INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST (SAFETY)

Summary You will serve as a Instructional Systems Specialist (Safety) in the Safety Division of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Responsibilities You will prepare letters, memorandums, fact sheets, decision papers, and other correspondence. You will establish and maintain contact with safety specialists, researchers, and others in education and training institutions and organizations. You will plan, organize, and apply professional knowledge of the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) or Instructional Systems Design (ISD) processes and Marine Corps development methodologies. You will evaluate, validate, and recommend improvements to course curriculum. You will identify, research, evaluate, recommend, plan, promote, and coordinate various training and learning solution.
