Responsibilities
Noblis is seeking an experienced **Instructional Systems Designer** to support critical national security missions in **Springfield, VA.**
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Collaborate with subject matter experts, scientists, and clients to identify learning requirements and recommend effective training solutions.
+ Design learner-centered synchronous, asynchronous, and performance support materials to improve workforce performance.
+ Apply instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE and SAM, to develop engaging and interactive learning experiences.
+ Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and incorporate innovative learning delivery approaches throughout the development process.
+ Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to ensure learning solutions align with mission objectives and user needs.
+ Evaluate training effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model and other assessment methodologies.
