Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging digital learning content and instructional materials
- Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Develop e-learning solutions using content authoring tools
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to identify learning needs
- Manage and maintain learning content within Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on learning materials
