Job Summary

Bechtel Corporation is looking for an Instructional Designer who is a hands‑on e‑learning developer—someone who can build engaging, high‑quality online training using Articulate Storyline and Rise. In this role, you’ll partner with subject matter experts to turn complex content into clear, effective learning experiences and performance support tools for Bechtel’s global workforce.

Location: Santiago, Chile. This position is designated as part‑time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in‑person attendance per week at the assigned office or project.

• Develop e‑learning in Articulate Storyline and Rise across the full design lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, launch, maintenance).
