Instructional Designer - Contract (6 months)
Melbourne | 3 days onsite | $800/day + super
We're partnering with a leading organisation in the superannuation sector to secure an experienced Instructional Designer for an initial 6-month contract.
This role will focus on developing high-quality eLearning solutions and uplifting internal training capability as part of a broader transformation program.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging eLearning content using Articulate Rise
- Partner with SMEs to translate complex content into effective learning experiences
- Support the uplift of training capability across the business
- Contribute to learning strategies aligned to business outcomes
