Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer shall support the design, development, and quality assurance of digital learning experiences for a large-scale, technology-enabled education platform serving high-school students (Grades 912). The role focuses on creating engaging, pedagogically sound, and scalable learning content across multiple career pathways. Key Responsibilities 1. Instructional Design & Content Development Design and develop digital courses, lessons, simulations, and project-based learning experiences Translate curriculum frameworks, learning outcomes, and pathway blueprints into structured course designs Create course outlines, storyboards, learning activities, and instructional materials Ensure alignment with learning science principles, grade-level expectations, and learner needs 2.
