As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality documentation that clearly communicates technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

User Guide Creation and Maintenance

• Drafting new user guides for software.
• Updating existing user guides for software.

Collaboration and Content Development

• Collaborating with software developers and subject matter experts to create and draft user guides and release notes for software.

Release Notes Documentation

• Drafting and compiling release notes for software following a standardized set of formatting and writing guidelines.
