Role
AutoStore is seeking an Installation Partner Manager who will be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling AutoStore’s global Installation Partner ecosystem. In this newly created role, you’ll build systems and relationships to ensure close collaboration between AutoStore, partners, and service providers. You’ll ensure high quality installation is the norm, service providers are versed in the latest AutoStore technology, and Partners are kept abreast of every development.
Responsibilities
Partner Program Ownership
- Serve as the global owner of the Installation Partner Framework.
- Oversee operational, technical, and quality-governance structures for the partner network.
- Ensure partners deliver grid installations to AutoStore standards.
Operational Relationship Management
- Review installation readiness, documentation compliance, product updates, and capacity planning.
