Teaching Personnel is looking for passionate Teaching Assistants to join their new SEND school in Chaldon, Surrey. This role supports young people aged 11-16 who need help with social communication and emotional regulation, typically associated with Autism.

The right candidate will motivate and inspire pupils to believe in themselves while assisting in a small class environment with a high staff-to-student ratio. Previous experience is beneficial but not necessary, as training opportunities are available.
