Inspector: Lean Production / Pull System
Location: Poole
Salary: GBP 30,420
Hours: Flexible working hours 4 or 5 days a week between 7am and 5pm
What You'll Be Doing
- Checking materials, components, and finished products for quality compliance
- Logging inspection results and working with internal systems
- Spotting and resolving issues before they impact production or delivery
- Supporting production teams to keep things moving efficiently
- Getting involved in problem solving and continuous improvement activities
What We're Looking For
- A keen eye for detail and a quality-first mindset
- Experience in manufacturing or inspection (helpful but not essential)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
