工作职责：

遵守和执行公司的各项规章制度；负责按照产品质量体系运行标准对产品质量过程控制，确保产品质量安全；负责质量投诉处理；负责设备的维护工作；负责对不合格的监督处理工作；负责做好实验室卫生、生产设备卫生和安全操作的检查指导工作；负责品控报表的正确填写以及记录的档案管理。

职位要求

岗位职责：

1. 严重遵守和执行工厂环境，健康，安全程序和食品安全程序；

2. 遵守实验室的GLP体系管理要求，执行体系的各项程序规定；

3. 严格执行化学品的相关规定，确保化验室的安全；

4. 对原材料、半成品、出厂产品进行检验，并及时出具检验结果；

5. 对不合格品进行分析检验，监督不合格品的处理过程及及时处理客户投诉；

6. 对生产过程中的质量进行监控和检验分析，定期汇报相关部门，如出现异常情况，及时汇报领导和相关部门；
