Role:
Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations.Be responsible for the management and delivery of each case, from appointment to closure.Take the lead in investigations, including antecedent transactions and Director conduct.Prepare reports, including SIP 16 and asset realisation.Liaise with stakeholders, including creditors and legal advisors.Manage and mentor junior members of the team.
