• Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and providing product information.
• Process sales orders and manage order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the team in preparing sales presentations and reports.
