Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Support the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) by creating, managing, and following up on opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Drive pipeline growth through proactive outbound prospecting activities, including cold and warm calls targeting STEP Authorized Partners.
  • Manage and develop STEP Authorized Partners, serving as their primary commercial point of contact.
  • Execute and close non‑involved sales opportunities with an annual target of approximately $500K.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and support the sales process for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain accurate visibility and forecasting of sales activities on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to accelerate sales cycles and improve customer experience.
