In this role, you’ll connect with prospective customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right term life insurance solutions—all within a fast-paced, high-performing sales environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on hitting goals, enjoys consultative selling, and values delivering an outstanding customer experience. Position requires 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Uncapped earning potential with strong commission structure, $40K base, commission average OTE $85,000 - $110,000
