Inside Sales Representative

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Inside Sales Representative role based in Metro Davao. The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, including responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders from partners and customers. The role involves qualifying prospects, generating and nurturing leads, and supporting account managers in maintaining strong relationships with resellers and end‑users. The Inside Sales Representative will coordinate closely with the technical and marketing teams to present product solutions, provide basic product information, and support promotions or campaigns. Daily responsibilities also include updating the CRM or sales tracking tools, monitoring pipeline and sales targets, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all sales‑related activities.
