Role:
We have an immediate opening for a Inside Sales Representative in our Calgarybranch. Reporting to the General Manager, the Inside Sales Representative builds and maintains relationships with our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and job task variety.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls
Dealing with walk in customers and providing product information
Preparing quotes and estimates
Following up on all quotes
Providing excellent customer service
Supporting joint sales, marketing and communications related activities
Updating and maintaining customer lists
Assisting with processing of warranty claims
Supporting the Residential division as needed
Participating in and supporting trade shows
