Location: Outer Ring Road, Banaswadi, Bangalore
Timings: Day shifts only (no night shifts); 5 day work week post probation (rotational week off)

Sunday ( is a premium D2C mattress brand. We are looking for someone with a hospitality, airline, premium retail, or banking background who knows what it means to deliver a 5-star experience and who can turn that into revenue.
Why This Role Exists
We do not need someone to answer calls and close tickets. We need someone who can own the client relationship from first enquiry to lasting loyalty. Repeat purchases, referrals, upsells, and conversions are how we measure success in this role.
