Responsibilities
- Process and manage dealer and customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Track shipments and follow up with logistics to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare and send quotations for dealers and direct customers
- Ensure all pricing, terms, and discounts align with company policies
- Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to resolve order-related issues
- Onboard new dealers and direct customers, ensuring proper documentation, setup, and training on internal processes
- Maintain and update dealer profiles, including contact information, purchase history, and account status
