Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to drive results in our Advisor Sales Channel. This person should have a proven track record in both sales and a desire for sales leadership. In this role, the person will oversee the members of the inside sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales and service targets, while strategically contributing to business growth. This role requires a strong sales background, an understanding of investments and the related advisor industry. The person would have coaching skills, and the ability to balance tactical execution with strategic planning to drive measurable results.

The candidate could be based in Toronto, Montreal or Calgary.
