Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and online research
Reach out to prospective customers and introduce company products and services
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to generate sales opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer engagement
Prepare basic sales reports and track lead conversion activities
