The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for having a technical & commercial discussion with leads virtually, handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and managing sales processes. Daily tasks will include discussing with leads over the phone, following up on leads, maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, and executing the sales pitch to market our food machinery and converting a lead to a customer.
