Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Support to Customers Understand customer requirements, drawings, applications, and technical queries. Suggest suitable Elesa+Ganter products based on application, dimensions, material, load, operating conditions, and availability. Help customers identify correct product codes from catalogues, website, and internal product data. Provide basic technical clarifications related to product selection, interchangeability, installation, and application suitability. Coordinate with the Product Manager and parent company teams for complex technical queries, wherever required. 2. Quotations and Offers Prepare quotations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
