Overview

We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to serve as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound leads. This role is the engine of our growth—focused on speed-to-lead, high-level conversion, and strategic pipeline management.

This is not a passive role. We are looking for a hunter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is motivated by appointments set, opportunities created, and deals closed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion & Follow-Up: Respond to all inbound leads (online, phone, text) within minutes. Qualify prospects by identifying motivation, timeline, and financial readiness.
