Innovation Planning Supervisor (Bogotá)

Responsibilities

This role supports the Innovation team on planning and launching all innovation and promotional projects. It involves leading the Supply Chain area, coordinating each supply chain department to evaluate capacity during development, and ensuring that all projects are launched on time and in full. The role also focuses on reducing write‑off projections caused by innovation processes.

1. Lead all innovation projects with the Marketing team and represent the Supply Chain team in every project meeting.
2. Lead all capacity analysis along with Network Design and Production Planning teams for all innovations.
3. Influence the Innovation Team to make the correct decisions considering Supply Chain constraints and needs.
4. Sponsor a thorough process for constructing the innovation sell‑in volume.
5. Guarantee that all innovation projects are launched on time and in full.
