Innovation Delivery Lead — MVPs & Strategic Execution

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking an Innovation Manager to lead the Alliance Innovation Council agendas, surface pain points with business units, and co-develop MVPs that align with enterprise priorities.

You will facilitate design thinking workshops, translate needs into MVP definitions, manage MVP progress within the Agile Lab, and coordinate post-MVP investment and rollout, promoting a culture of experimentation across the bank.
