Job Summary
Reporting to the Trauma Program Manager, The Trauma Injury Prevention Specialist is responsible for collaborating with the Trauma Injury Prevention Coordinator in all aspects of trauma injury preventions related activities. This position is responsible for collaboration with Coordinator for planning, implementation, coordination, and documentation of community-based injury prevention activities as it pertains to the Level 1 Trauma Verification defined by the American College of Surgeons (ACS).
Essential Functions
+ Coordinates health and wellness programming including, but not limited to, scheduling, delivery and follow up for health/fitness classes, wellness services and assures program plan for employer is adhered to in timely, accurate and customer focused manner.
+ Conducts wellness education classes/services as needed for corporate clients and members including, but not limited to, health presentations and behavior change progr...
