Injured Workers' Rights Advocate

The Maine Workers' Compensation Board seeks a skilled advocate to provide advocacy and legal services to injured workers. You will advise, consult, and represent clients before administrative bodies, develop evidence and testimony, and assist in preparing appellate briefs under applicable laws.

You work under limited supervision, contributing to efficient case handling. Representative tasks include negotiating with insurers and other parties, drafting memoranda, and ensuring timely, thorough
