This is an engineering member within the Injection Molding Department (approximately 100 employees) supporting the stable operation of the injection molding process through mold changes, molding condition setup, machine adjustments, etc.
- Mold changes, parameter setting, and machine adjustments on injection molding machines
- Maintenance and adjustment of injection molding molds
- Root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment malfunctions
- Proposing process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality
Job Requirement
・Education: From vocational school and above
・Foreign language: Not required
・Experience: Have 3+ years of experience in working with injection molding machines or mold maintenance position.
