The Role
The Operations Engineer is responsible for coordinating the integration and effectiveness of High-Performance Teams (HPTs) within defined plant boundaries. This role ensures proper team functionality through scorecard analysis, Star Point system administration, and continuous monitoring of the HPT model maturity. Additionally, the role manages the innovation system, consolidates plant performance reporting, and supports plant management through coordination of agendas, meetings, and key events.
