Required Skills 1-3 years of experience working in Desktop, Laptop, and Workstation hardware support. PC hardware assembly and repair. System assembly and integration. BIOS and firmware configuration. Operating System (Windows) installation and validation. Hardware troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Hardware validation and compatibility testing. System diagnostics. Knowledge of computer components (CPU, RAM, SSD/HDD, Motherboard, GPU, Power Supply). Understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials) and system configuration. Basic networking knowledge. Lab equipment handling and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) awareness. Inventory and hardware asset management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
