Infrastructure Specialist II

What will you do?

• Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Implement and enforce security best practices across all infrastructure components.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Collaborate with software development, operations, and security teams to support business needs.
• Coordinate with external vendors, telco providers, and other IT suppliers for procurement, implementation, and support of infrastructure solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
